Menopause brain - is it real???

I'm going on holiday next week, booked my flight weeks ago, picked my bag allowance, picked my seat...but somehow didn't actually pay for it. Went to print out my travel docs and not in my email, no money taken from my account, have had to book again at twice the price.

Unless Ryanair has decided to mess with me, I think it's menopause brain. Wasn't sure it was real before!

Yes menopause brain fog is well documented, its hormonally related and sometimes people report theyre really worried they have early onset something nasty, but its just brainfog, it can be treated with diet and lifestyle tweaks though if youre not on HRT.

Oh yes! I am getting to the stage where I fact check everything I say and sometimes write a note to remind me of something I need to remember for 5 minutes. I am on menopause vitamins though and they do help but it's still a problem

I took something from the fridge once to put in the oven... I put the empty plastic container in in the oven and the small oven tray with the food in the fridge, I panicked when I could smell burning plastic. I had forgotten the oven was even on.

It's horrendous and it's a bit scary. I can't even remember your post properly.... Yep, get used to double checking everything or it will get expensive!
