The nightmare before christmas - Halloween or Christmas movie?

Light hearted ...
Ever since I was like 7, the nightmare before christmas has always been shown on Christmas Eve, I’ve always watched it on Christmas Eve so to me it’s always been a Christmas movie... I’m aware it starts at Halloween in the movie but ultimately the whole storyline is about Christmas. Now I’ve just been shopping for Christmas pjs on sainsburys when I came across some nightmare before Christmas pjs, it says they are Halloween pjs... that’s really got my back up... I wanna know what you guys think?

But definitely start watching it at Halloween

I'd probably say it's more Christmas. But we don't watch it on either cos my kids are terrified of it.

Gremlins is a similar one, but I also prefer to watch it at Christmas. And my kids like it.

Both!

Both but I’d say more Halloween because it’s quite creepy and because the Halloween characters are the main characters/heros.

60/40 Christmas/Halloween... So, both!

I’ve ordered the pjs for Ds for his Christmas pjs.. it just threw me off when they said Halloween. I guess it is both essentially... but I have and always will watch it on Christmas Eve.... kids love it on Christmas Eve too 😊
