The queen is finally home..

That really made me emotional seeing her coffin drive through Buckingham Palace gates 😢

for myself watching this felt the most moving so far. Seeing people waiting in the rain and hold up their phones with the touches on lighting the way home (or one of her homes) was so moving

Her death and feeling of loss has really united the country (I know not everyone) she was our Queen to so many this is how they felt and this feeling of being united and together is bitter sweet given the past few years

She went home to her Father's House, last Thursday, according to her beliefs. Just her body left behind and ceremonies for state and public. Poor family having to mourn in the public eye.

I was in Edinburgh at the processions & St Giles Cathedral. No noise at all until she had gone by, just total silence, then some respectful applause.

Balmoral was her home
