Trying to decide whether I need one in my life. Tell me your last 3 air fryer meals, best snack and a bonus question why it’s the best kitchen appliance you’ve got.

How long do people cook their jacket potatoes for please, and do you need to prick it with a skewer and rub with salt and oil like oven cooking?

DC love our air fryer, it's great for families where older DC come and go so don't eat together. If we eat together we have to use the oven as we don't have enough room in the AF sadly.

@SoupDragon mine was £30 from Lidl. So not an expensive item although it's really only big enough for two people. Apart from size I doubt it's worth paying more for a branded model.

I enjoy a nice steak in the air fryer but I do it at 180 not 200 degrees.

Can you cook frozen ready made chicken pies in an air fryer?

Yes, you can.

Can I ask how you cook them please , I tried a toasted cheese and only one side of the bread was cooked , are you flipping them over ?

I've only just got one. What temp do you do for a jacket potato and how long?
I did sweet potato fries today and they took around 15 mins but maybe I could've put the temp higher?
