I change my name since I divorced. Sent them my proof documents and the form, including my license. Many weeks ago (possibly months now) I received my birth certificate and divorce certificate in the post, with a compliments type slip.
But nothing on my licence. The irony is in October I have to renew again due to a health condition. It has been months and months.
