Bath tub only the shower part

@mam0918 Is it an old house? Because if yes, the layout will be to keep it as warm as possible inside.

Bath and beautiful fireplaces…bath never used and the fireplaces have never been properly facelifted ! We have just been too busy / lazy…jobs waiting to happen TBH !!

Guest bathroom. It’s been used 3 times in 3 years. Should have made it a study but failed to foresee pandemic and new wfh options.

Also front “smart” sitting room. Pointless. I know loads of people with a similar smart front room and none of them use it either. Maybe it will become a teen hangout at some point, at least it will be used.
