What’s everyone up to on the 1st Saturday of September.

The 1st Saturday of my favourite month, love Autumn!! 😍 What is everyone up to!

We woke up about an hour ago and have had a very lazy start to the day. We have DH’s parents staying over for a night before they drive home today so it’s been nice to wake up a little earlier and not go straight to hosting!

DH has gone to bring our ponies in and give them their breakfast and pick up milk as we realised on the 1st pot of tea that it had turned.

We have croissants and posh jam for breakfast and I’m just about to go and prod our 3 DD’s (two of which should definitely have been up with their dad helping with the horses, he’s a soft touch!!!)

DH’s parents will probably leave around mid-morning and then it’s a day of running DD’s around to various friends houses and cinema etc.

Youngest DD has a XC event tomorrow which we need to walk the course for today and I’m looking forward too, love getting wellies on and going for a good stomp with the dog.

Then back here to put on the beef rendang curry, light the candles and binge watch something that we’ve not decided on yet…

Update and apology to @elephantoverthehill - found your stall about 1130 then bought a bacon bap, watched Randini, threw ketchup over myself, spent too much on plants and took them back to my car at the top of the hill, surrendered and drove back home. The bottle of Radox I won on a tombola which leaked all over my bag also finished me off 😆

Ended up with a glass of wine in my garden by 2pm! Please do PM me though, I get those via email and can reply. I have looked at your organisation before. A friend is a member.

Pissing down all day...not quite the crisp,golden autumn that MNers rave about. Made soup. Prepped some food and froze for future meals. Fibro flare so then crashed and slept all afternoon. Should get out of bed but Im cosy and my legs hurt.
