Sorry if I'm in the wrong place but I wasn't sure where to post.
I've got a John Lewis heated airer, it's about 7 years old now.
The fastenings on some the foldable arms have come off and others are loose. I've tried to take photos to explain!
I need to replace them but I've no idea what the fastenings are called!
I really don't want to have to buy another airer as this one works fine but the arms tend to collapse under the weight of the laundry because they are loose.
