I've created my account but how on earth do I now get dd a card??

I think I ordered the kids and my card at the same time Ive just had a look and couldn't find a way of ordering another kids card through the app.
You could go back online order hers like you did yours. When it arrives you can add her to your contacts and send money that way through hyper jar or just through your usual account. The app shows you your contacts so if she has a phone and the app she will appear in your hyper contacts once she's set up. Best she does download the app so you can see what she's spending on.
Another way is to speak to customer service.

Thanks, how annoying! I don't want a hyper jar but I read an adult had to have an account first.

I’ve got one and so have my kids, not sure how I added them to mine to be honest, thought I wouldn’t use mine buts it’s great, loaded it with cash to use on holiday in Majorca like a pre paid card, was 0% on purchases so better than using my Natwest debit card.

use the ‘chat’ function, the advisors were really helpful, if I remember correctly my kids had to scan my barcode for them to be linked to mine.

If you go to 'profile' on the bottom right of the home page on the app, it brings up a menu and one of the options is 'kids' cards'. You can then press the plus to add a child, I think.

Park slice thank you!

That's where it was and I've ordered her card
