Has anyone else's Facebook feed gone really weird??

Opened up FB this morning and it's just full of people posting to celebrities pages! It's so strange! What is going on??

Someone giving Ringo a bit of a telling off for his 'love and peace' posts...kinda goes against the whole 'love and peace' thing...

Lots of people posting to Cliff Richard this morning too!

Oh weird, mine has gone like that too that has only just happened. I was on FB at 6.30am and it was fine, full of the usual ads and stuff but fine.

Same! It was fine earlier but now my feed is just full of people sending crap memes to Jack Black.

My husbands having the same issue. Apparently according to a few blogs I’ve read it’s an issue with Facebook and if you follow celebrities or pages of popular internet people your feed will see all posts directed at them! So then “random” posts are all directed at people you follow

Patrick Stewart, or rather messages to him have taken over my feed. He's a nice guy and all, but I'm not that invested in him!

Mine is completely normal. I keep logging out and in again in the hope I'll see this madness. But no. Just the usual mind-numbing crap.

Mine is normal but I don't "follow" any famous people and intentionally have a slimmed down Facebook.

Do most people follow famous people then? Is that why this is happening thehre just eeing the feed of people they follow?

I have Marcus Rashford. But tbh since the last update I can only see 3/4s of the page and miss the end of any post. And it doesn’t update very often- so I will see same boring post from old school friend or neighbour all day at top of feed. It is very annoying. Almost like the universe wants me to get a life and stop clicking.

Yes!!! Had to scroll down for ages to find my “normal”’ posts. Don’t know what’s going on. I have reported it to Facebook though.

I also don't follow any celebs and have a normal feed this morning. I do follow quite a lot of pages that relate to my interests and some companies as well but I'm not seeing any of the posts made to their their profiles? Are people only seeing posts to celebrities that they already follow then?
