Since alot of people are struggling with the cost of living. I was thinking maybe we could share some money saving ideas. Meal ideas ect.

I've got friends around the country and I only know of one couple of who that sort of room. I mean yes go for it if you can but recognise that you are in a somewhat luxurious position. Is it cheaper to keep chickens when you add in all the costs? I've never done it so don't know. I wonder if others can tell us?

Do not turn your hot water below 60c. The water needs to be this hot to prevent bacteria growth such as legionella, which can be really nasty

This only applies if you have a hot water tank. If you have a combi boiler 50 is recommended as the main risk for Legionella is in stored water.
