Family moments in the movies vs real life

I’ll start

Watching a film together:

Movie - family sits around under a blanket on one sofa all comfortable, eating popcorn and laughing/crying at the movie and all learn a valuable lesson about the importance of family and love.

Reality - Everyone gets on one sofa and then realising it’s a massive squeeze and the 5yo’s cannonball head keeps knocking into everybody so half the family moves to the other sofa. Meaning half the family can’t see the TV. Everyone moans they don’t like that popcorn flavour. Family takes 16 minutes to pick a film. Dad goes for a poo half way through. Children ask for a drink 14,387 times. 5yo gets bored 40 minutes in and starts climbing onto the back of the sofa. 9yo’s swinging legs knock their drink over resulting in a mad dash for the vanish. Nobody enjoyed the movie.
