Tonight we had pan fried nandos spiced chicken thighs in a wrap with tomatoes, salad and hot sauce

Last night, Jamie Oliver's spaghetti and prawns

Loving the sound of sausages in a baguette with salad, where was the recipe from for the tomato salad @Mamiamamia?

Anything with salad and bread always goes down well with us in the heat. Chicken panzanella also good!

We avoid cooking inside and use the BBQ to cook meat or fish every night and serve with salad. At the weekends we fire up the pizza oven.

Sea bass salad the past three nights now 🐟

Bloodybridget · 10/08/2022 21:48

This evening I made a traybake of new potatoes, fennel, red onion, courgette, broccoli and mushrooms; added sea bass fillets for last 15 minutes, had it with salad. It was good. I was aiming to use up some old veg.
Tomorrow is pesto and tomato tart, we have a lot of badil so will make the pesto, with potato salad and more green salad.

Bloodybridget · 10/08/2022 21:49

Basil not badil!

Twoshoesnewshoes · 10/08/2022 21:54

Quiche, new potatoes, salad

We got a Gousto box this week on a referral code with 100% off and all the recipes seem really quick and easy.

Tonight was hoi sim pulled chicken wraps with little gem, cucumber and spring onions. Absolutely gorgeous and the teenagers ate salad which is a bonus.

Otherwise I am happy to have salad every meal and leave them lot to sort them selves out as they are full on salad dodgers.

Tonight peanuts and g&t

Last night beautiful picnic with Milano salami, frittata, tomato salad, couscous salad, pasta salad, hummus, breadsticks. Lunch today was leftovers of the above, hence the light dinner!

We had pollock tacos, which are lovely. Waitrose recipe.
