I wrote this in the divorce section of mumsnet but there's no traffic there.
Does anyone know if a deal is made outside of court in relation to the family home, and its signed over to the other person/ex spouse - will the home be considered an asset of the marriage still in relation to a divorce that will be later on.
I know its confusing.
