Hot feet in bed

Do anyone else's feet get unbearably hot in bed? Mine have to be outside the covers, even in winter but in the warmer weather they're like size 5 furnaces! I was reading in bed but I've had to get up and am currently sitting with my feet on an ice pack, I've been here 20 minutes and they haven't cooled down at all. No excessive walking or standing in my day to day life so no idea why they're like this, anyone else similarly afflicted?

Hot feet can also be liver issues apparently (and itchy feet)…

Low ferratin rings true. In my last 2 pregnancies id spend hours at night feet in the bath. Or with wet socks on.
I had to have iron infusions with both

Lately its started again and ive felt sluggish and Drained like ferratin low. So maybe that..

Yup me. Drives me mad, mine are like totally burning hot even when it's not hot at all outside too.. it's impossible to sleep when they are bad, I keep ice packs in my bed. B5 seems to help a bit!

Me too - will def try the cooling mat as the dog ignores it and/or the wet socks. I have always had fairly hot feet, and occasional restless legs but both got much worse when I had CoVid (plus boiling hands) and now seem to have it more nights than not Confused

I suffer too. Always thought it was weight related for me.

I get this I get a hot water bottle fill with cold water and keep in the fridge (minus the fluffy cover!) And then get it out for bedtime works a dream

I have this so was sitting in sofa with a light blanket over me late in the evening and got bitten by mosquito and ended up with cellulitis and a week of antibiotics. That seemed to set my feet on fire !

Put me off exposing my feet!

I've since wet a tea towel and frozen it. As it defrosts in wrap it around my feet. Bliss!

Yes, this is one of my main perimenopausal symptoms.

Popping back to say a big THANK YOU to those who suggested putting a dog’s cool mat under the bed sheet. OMG it’s BLISS!
I’m actually able to sleep in this hot weather now.
Thank you!!! 😁
