Is this really terrible as a days food?

I'm trying to lose weight, well I have lost 2.5st but have lost my focus. I kniw this set good for weight loss, but how about maintaining?

Breakfast - shake, with almond milk, protein powder, frozen banana abd strawberry.
Lunch - salad (massive 😉) of rocket, baby plum Tom's cucumber , yellow pepper, radish, 8 crabsticks, 1 boiled egg. Low fay mayo.

Snack apple

Dinner - chicken Kiev, small jacket spud, peas and sweetcorn. Tiny portion ofchocolatebriwnue abd ice cream (I kniw I shouldn't have and actually couldn't finish it 🤢)

I've had plenty of water to drink, and walked 13000 ish steps sp far (including an actual walk with the DC rather than just shuffling around the house and an hour in the garden)

I kniw the dinner wasn't ideal but I am desperately trying to a)budget and b) eat the same as the DC.

@sartre - can I assume you don’t have a desk jo?! How did you get 29k steps in yesterday and how long did it take?

@sartre I would live to be able to go fir a run ir to exercise classes. I used to run 3 x a week cycle to work , 5 - 7 classes a week. I'm not a single parent to 2 young primary aged children, with no childcare (other than when I work) so all that has ground to a halt. I have zero motivation for home workouts sadly not doing them became just another stick to beat myself with so I dobt pretend I'm going to any more. I just focus on moving more.

And in that good restaurant it would be cooked with lots of butter which would make it not only delicious but also many more calories than OP's 316kcal chicken Kiev. A chicken breast cooked in a pan with minimal fat (which it would have to be to come in with fewer calories than the kiev - 1tbsp of oil or butter instantly adds 100+ calories) will be dry as a bone. Chicken breasts are completely pointless. You may as well have quorn for all the flavour they have, even from a really good-quality bird.

I think it sounds like something you could realistically maintain which is important I think, and improve on if you wanted. I'd have had two eggs though instead of crab sticks (which contain no crab and a lot of junk like flavour enhancers to make you think it tastes like crab). Instead of the chicken kiev I'd have had a chicken thigh done in the oven. It's the sort of thing I would eat in a day although I'd have sugar free muslei/porridge with fruit, nuts and kefir yoghurt and not shake for breakfast (as to me that doesn't seem like food). I'm 8 stone.
