Getting HM the Queen to celebrate my parents' anniversary

Has anyone succeeded in getting a royal letter/card celebrating a 60th wedding anniversary?

My mother would love this (and really deserves it!) but I can't seem to get a response from:
'Apply for a Wedding Anniversary Message' on the (worryingly fake sounding) apply.royal.uk/Apply/StartWeddingAnniversaryApplication.jsp

Perhaps such a thing does not exist.

I was on the right site but it would not reply to my gmail address. Another address worked perfectly and I hope that my parents will be happily surprised by HM the Queen's attention on their anniversary.

My brother & sister in law arranged the one for my parents last year so it does exist. I don't know which site they used but I think they could only apply close to the actual date.
