Covid Question - confused about isolating now!

So dh and I have covid this last week. I’ve had it much worse. He took a test this morning and is now negative whereas mine is still positive.
Ds (17yrs) has not had it this time (had it about a year ago) so we’ve been isolating from him. Now dh is negative, can he hang out with ds and me (separately)? We’re keen for ds to avoid it as we are supposed to be going on holiday soon.

You can basically do what you want. There is advice about isolating for 5 days but you arent legally mandated to do so.

If you are in the UK, there is no need for any of you to isolate. And stop testing!

I thinking OP is asking about how to avoid her ds getting it rather than the legal position!

I would have thought your dh could be with your ds but maybe avoid hugging etc until everyone is negative.

Best to stay isolating until you're both negative
