One thread heat tip's? Rather than scattered everywhere?

1. royal college of nursing said one glass of water an hour. Don't want to flush out salts. 2)if you can cover up your windows,do.
2. be aware of magnifying mirror/mirrors and fire.
3. make sure any alcohol hand gels are out of the car and not in the sun.
4. protect BBQ gas bottles. 6)debate over curtains and window closed on Sunnyside, but window open in shades and all depends on heat inside and outside House.

Run cold water over the inside of your wrists.

Thanks OP, I've just removed the hand gel from my car... hadn't realised the danger.

I don't really have any tips .
Probably not a good idea to exercise outside in this heat and please don't walk your dogs in this heat.
