I wouldn't have spelled it like that either Peridot.

Me neither.
But I'd remembered this spelling was accepted on a previous game (couldn't remember which one or if was a solution or just a guess). So used it this time.

I would swear that you get better scores than me overall from our shared starter word . I don't keep score obviously. But I think we notice the ones we 'lose' more than the ones we 'win' 🤔
Probably if we averaged our scores over a decent period of time it would be pretty even 😄

Nice one @Dreikanter! And @wordlewordle - yours was pretty much a two but getting it on your third guess would have been amazing.
