I measured my son a few weeks ago and he was 104cm. I measured him again and he's 101cm. Surely he hasn't shrunk?

He has shrunk. It's obvious. Was his bath too hot?

That's probably just a change in posture, or different time of day.
Or you can't use a tape measure.

In all seriousness, be sure to measure him in the morning, @Ticktockbigclock. One shrinks over the course of a day due to the pressure of standing upright.

He was on a hard floor the 1st time and a carpet last time lol

So he could've squished done into the pile

Did you put him in on a 40 or a 90 ?

If he hasn't shrunk, your tape measure has grown.
