if your parents/grandparents live in care homes with council funding does the council ever call you to check the care they are receiving is good and they are happy?
I’ve just had a very bizarre call with someone who said they was a social worker doing an “annual care review” of the care home my grandparents live in, never heard from them before in the years they’ve lived there.
they also kept getting her name wrong so I thought it was a bit strange
