Taking maggoty bin bags to the tip

We missed our 3 weekly bin collection . We’re taking half the contents of the bin to the tip. The other half has maggots.
DP won’t take them in the car.
Any tips on getting them to the tip and keeping the car maggot free?

Put the bags in another bin bag.

How about leaving them in the bin for next collection and taking any newer bags to the tip?
