Travel insurance - unvaccinated person in family

I'm trying to buy travel insurance for a holiday but one family member is unvaccinated. Who have you used?

Also about Covid in general? I'm getting really cheap quotes via QuidCo but they don't seem to cover flight cancellations or changes due to Covid.

LV’s policies cover Covid cancellations if you need to cancel or curtail your travel due to illness of those travelling; few insurers will cover flight cancellations by the airline, if your flight was cancelled you’d claim this from the airline just as if it were cancelled for another reason..
