Easy to get bamboozled with all the different products. Looking for a good all rounder, with some omega 3 if possible and staying reasonable on price. For my teenage daughter going through her studies and for me just wanting the best of whatever is available. Any recommendations, ideally that I can grab from boots or superdrug?
