Help! 12 YO traveling to Spain, vaccination status advice please.

We are trying to book a trip to Spain, but DD12 will have only just have had her 2nd vax.
The travel advice says 12YO must be fully vaxed with 2 of a 2 part vaccine, or one of a one part vaccine, more than 14 days before. Her second shot will only be one week before

Her first was a Pfizer... does that mean she's covered? Does that count as a one dose vax?

Silly rules... it's not possible to be fully vaxed the minute you turn 12!!!

As 14 days won't have passed she should do a pre flight LFT.

Or just take a chance and hope they don't check the timing of the last jab on the covid pass

And no, Pfizer isn't a 1 dose injection

Thanks for your advice @dementedpixie , in my panic I hadn’t realised that an LFT was still an option.
The vax booking chap said “don’t worry, they won’t check the date!” but knowing our luck they would!
