If you’ve ever bought a brand new house, did it have any problems or was all ok ?

Just dreaming of what it must be like to buy a brand new house where everything is perfect

We had to have drainage issue in the garden sorted and the phone wiring was done wrong so we had issues with BT. Also bear in mind there's actually quite a lot of diy to do putting up curtain poles, loo roll holders, towel holders, shelves etc.
