I love just sitting curled up on the couch

Watching tv, looking on my phone....i can spend ages doing nothing...

I really need to force myself to move

I LOVE doing the same but end up resenting myself the rest of the day for it!
Dont really have a chance now to do it anymore with a 7 month old but what I used to do was set myself a limit of 1 hour to sit and do sweet F all 😊

Yep me too. I’ve had three days off and that’s exactly what I’ve done everyday, literally not moved. I love it, in a way it makes me happy and in another kind of sad.

I feel super lazy though and I have depression so not helping myself with that.

Oh yeah me too, I had the day off on Monday to lounge in the garden but couldn't in the end so I literally spent the whole day with the tv on in the background, flicking through social media, playing games on my phone and browsing mumsnet! And I had zero regrets. But then I could do that most days and not feel very much remorse. Shame work and family get in the way! 😂

I go mad doing that. I can lie on the sofa and watch some telly about once a week but I get too jumpy and need to get up and do things.

Bit envious of those who can really relax and sit there for hours

I love it. It's my safe place and I feel zero guilt as I do what I want to do. It's even better when it's cool enough for fluffy blankets and a cat.

Totally agree about it being a safe space - especially when under a blanket.

Same, but with a cup of tea.....and maybe a big of chocolate

I love it.

I put a YouTube video on - either a mum vlogger, or a Fascinating Horror, or a Mentour Pilot crash investigation- then I go:
