Anyone wear a wig? Need recommendations

The hair loss is now so advanced that I fear its time to sort some sort of cover up. I've a lot of hair (in length) but increasingly sparce at the crown/hairline.

Help!

It's been a decline for the past 3 years and GP has helpfully diagnosed female pattern baldness. Aka nowt he can do. Bloodwork fine.

Where in the country are you, OP? I can recommend somewhere in the midlands (that people seem to travel a fair way to!)
