Does anyone else struggle with extremes, weather wise?

I really do have issues with the cold, miserable winter and long for warmth and the summertime but when we have these bloody awful heatwaves I am equally grumpy.
During the winter I really struggle keeping warm and have Raynaud's disease so have constantly cold, painful hands. I hate it when it gets dark at 5pm too, I feel so low during January and February.
But
I also hate high summer and especially these bloody awful heatwaves. They leave me feeling nauseous, anxious and just not right. I used to love the summer when I was younger and struggle now at 49 but then again we didn’t have too many of these heatwave scenarios, either that or I was able to tolerate them more?
I hate being a typically British older person, whinging about the weather lol but it really does affect me.
I really do love May, June, October though and September is my most favourite month of all, I really wish it lasted longer than 30 days!
Does anyone else hate the extremes?

Summer. I hate summer. Heat and bright light. Anything over 18° is unbearable.

I also have Raynauds and osteoarthritis. They hate the cold- I on the other hand love it.

Yep. I have Raynaulds too but also can't cope with the heat. With a bonus that however hot it is, my hands and feet will take that as the new normal and I’ll end up with Reynauds attacks when the weather returns to 20!

But warm is better than cold.

Hate the summer time
This recent heat wave is awful and meant to get worse too! ( uk , south East )

Yep, fellow reynauds sufferer but I also sweat and get heat rash really easily. I’d be happy if it was 16-18 degrees all year round!
