Breaking the fence

We recently me and my neighbours moved into a new build. They are lovely houses. The problem is neighbours kids both sides play football in the gardens . They range from 8 years old to older teenagers and its starting to damage the fence on both sides.

They are not overly damaged yet that it would cause a big problem. There are a couple of cracks. And a couple are bowed at the bottom?

I know the obvious answer would be to talk to both sides. But I don't want to cause any bad feelings. Also I don't know how approachable they are and we have to live side by side for many years.

I'm not sure. I (think ) when I look onto mu garden the right side would be mine. That's the one that's bowed .

The other side has the support battons facing my side so I think that's not my side?

They are council not suture if that means anything
