How do I open this velux

At holiday park and can't work out how to open, been pulling and pushing with a pole!

Grab top handle and swivel it down

Ours has a remote control

There is a silver type bar along the top. You need a pole with a hook. Hook the bar and pull it down, this unlatches the window and you can pull it open.

I can't get it to do anything, there are things on the wall, pic below, but no controller. Does that look like there should be one?
