Please send it over to Essex! Everything here is so dry & brown/yellow, we desperately need some rain. I'll even forgo some dry washing if I have to!

There has been spots of rain here on and off all day. But I put my washing out - including towels - and it has dried.

I've been in Richmond for most of today, didn't see any rain. I'm about to go home on the Ginger Line through Acton, Willesden, West Hampstead etc. I'll keep an eye out

Not a drop in NE London, although the air is so thick a good shower would really help clear it.

It rained for about 5 minutes here in SW London (east part of Richmond borough).

On and off all day in West Midlands.

We're on the edge of south west and had a shower an hour ago. Had to run out and get cushions off chairs and other things inside.
