I'm bored of just olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Please share your best salad dressing recipes.

Extra virgin oil, lemon juice, emulsify, season and chuck in a load of dried mint, thyme and oregano. Must be dried, not fresh. Smash a clove of garlic in too if you like.

3 tablespoons of light olive oil to 1 of vinegar - i use 1 spoon of balsamic and 2 of cider vinegar (so 9 tablsp of oil) large tspn of Dijon mustard, crushed garlic, teaspoon of sugar or honey and salt and pepper.

Large blob of Dijon mustard, pepper, salt, herbes de Provence, red/white wine vinegar. Shake in a jar. Add oil, shake again.

Olive oil apple cider vinegar Dijon mustard honey and salt yummy!

Yum, these sound good.

Juice of a couple of limes, some olive oil, salt, ground cumin and garlic powder. I also add fresh coriander to the salad.

Miso salad dressing, or tahini salad dressing are both amazing. Lots of recipes on google!
