Anyone know anything about zips?!

I want to replace the zip on my sofa cushion (base of sofa) but have just been bamboozled by the choice of zips!

Can anyone help by pointing me in the right direction of what to look for? Or is a zip just a zip and any will do???

I would say, for a cushion, you'll want a concealed zip not a big chunky one

Can you remove the old one and take it with you to a haberdashery to compare?

You want to match ut like for like or as close as possible.
So bring the cover with you to the shop.
