Type 1 diabetic child - dexacom g6 - phone for 5 year old

Can someone recommend a really small light mobile phone that is compatible? It needs to be durable and light so she can carry it.

Not sure about phone but have you looked at one of those kids watch which can make and receive phone call and messages if that serves the purpose

OP I don't have a child with diabetes so no advice on best phone. Have the Deccan manufacturers not been able to suggest compatible phones that would be suitable for a young child?

Our friends with a child who has type 1 diabetes have access to a families support group through their local hospital which is really useful for sharing this sort of information (their child is the only one at the school so nobody there to discuss these things with either).

I have this for myself. I have also set it up to work on my computer but it was fairly complicated to do. They no longer offer another option outside of the states. You can only do it via GitHub and MungoDB. They do however have an option for a receiver rather than a phone which might be more suitable.
