Wedding flowers and veil - what to choose?

Sorry about a second post in a very short time. I need to decide on the veil and flowers for my wedding.

This is my dress:designerbridalroom.com.hk/bridal-atelier-pronovias-raciela-plain-off-shoulder-mermaid-crepe-wedding-dress.html

I really want a puffy veil. Something like this: www.etsy.com/listing/1211493090/ivory-wedding-bridal-veil-with-cut-edge

What do you think? Will this work with the dress? I mainly want it for the ceremony and the photos only so don't want to spend too much.

Also was looking into flowers. Are dried flowers a thing? It would be nice to be able to keep it afterwards. www.etsy.com/listing/1147401762/destiny-rustic-scottish-rose-calla husband will have kilt on with a bit of purple so purple would work. But would the flowers look ok with the dress? Would it be better just get fresh ones? No flowers at all?

The wedding is soon so need to start making decisions on both

I commented I. Your mother thread. Dress is fabulous. It doesn't need a puffy veil, too much. I'd go simple.

Why isn't there an edit function?! You get the gist though...beautiful dress, no need for a veil!

I was thinking something simple but dramatic like calla lilies for your bouquet. Stick with white flowers and add foliage or ribbon used simply for a bit of colour.

Roses with Laurel/bay will keep anyway. Go fresh. Doesn't need to be a specialist bouquet, I went hand tied. Was fine.

Dress is absolutely stunning, personally I think a longer veil might go better. I would try a few on with Dress before deciding.
Fresh flowers all the way, those dried ones look like they have been dyed and I'm not a fan but you must choose what you love. You can dry/ press fresh flowers.

The dress is so elegant and sleek, I think it needs a veil that is sleek and elegant too and a smaller bouquet of fresh flowers.

Thank you all so much for getting back to me! So I took all the responses into consideration and also thought through it myself and decided to go with a long and fairly plain veil.

However, after all the alterations the dress is fairly tight. I can walk and sit down but trying going up the stairs is a struggle. I have never worn this type of dress in my life before so wonder what is to be expected. O understand it will not be the most comfortable thing (top part is corseted as well) but getting bit concerned about going up the stairs... 😐
