Seeking the slow cooker tomato sauce poster

Ages ago there was a great thread on batch cooking and a poster shared a recipe for her tomato sauce made in a slow cooker. It used about 2kg of tinned tomatoes, passata, red onions and also had a (I think) Polish ingredient also like a Polish bouillon.
I made the recipe and it was great, but of course, now can't find the recipe. Does anyone remember it? OP if you still around, would you share it again?

Sorry for the daft question but is this a ketchup recipe or something like a pasta sauce?

@OvaryActions its a tomato sauce to be used as a base for pasta, chilli etc. not a ketchup!
