Anyone waiting for an enhanced DBS

Offered an NHS job awaiting for enhanced
DBS, currently saying “awaiting countersigning” on trac but been on this status for nearly 2 weeks. Any ideas what this means? Has it not even gone to dbs yet?

anyone know how long they are taking at the minute

I've just got one only took about a week from start to finish. Sounds like someone the DBS end is dragging their heels?

I’m thinking it’s recruitment who haven’t even sent it to dbs yet, they are so slow.
