My Kitchen Tiles have Chicken Pox!!

For the last 6-9 months, we’ve seen random spots appear on our kitchen floor. They don’t come off and a recent visitor said they look like spilt milk 🫣!

the tiles are quite porous - does anyone know how we can get rid of them. I’ve tried Steam mopping but it seems to make them worse! Also tried Vinegar.

thanks!

It looks like some drops (obviously!) of some harsh cleaning agent, Mrs Muscle etc.

Are they ceramic tiles?

If ur tiles are porous, u will have to seal them this should have been done after grouting and any grout film was washed off using mop n hot water. Clean with hot water n seal. Any reputable tile shop will help you with a suitable sealant.

Thank you @TwoLeftSocksWithHoles , they keep appearing in different places so I don’t think they are as a result of harsh chemicals. I am going to try baking soda 🤞

Thank you @Northernsouloldies , I will make an enquiry with a local tile shop to see if they can help.
