Has anyone had anything similar?
our home flight was cancelled around 6 hours before we were due to fly, an alternative flight flying from one airport to another then home was offered (didn’t have a lot of choice but to accept) Virgin emailed us offering us compensation, we lost the last of our days holiday and spent hours in airports and on planes
we accepted the compensation now they are saying as the alternative flight arrived within 3 hours of our expected flight time we can’t have any??
it’s all doing my head in a bit? And am fed up this has been on going for weeks…
