I work 4.5 hours per day over 3 days. Sometimes the odd day will be 5 hours.

On the Gov site Im sure it states - that's if Ive done it correctly - 78 hours holiday per year.

Can someone please advise if correct!!!

Depends what your contract/benefits package says - what’s the usual full time equivalent allowance?

SpartacusNotEsther · 10/07/2022 11:34

Based on 13.5 hours per week, the minimum legal entitlement is 75.6 hours per year.

No contract...it's a driving job but on the books etc.

Well ok fairly decent then

Does that include bank Holidays?

You need to compare with the full time entitlement in hours, including BH to know for sure.

The answer would be slight different depending on how many hours is full time at your employer.

If you do the calculation for both, your entitlement is 13.5/x multiplied by the number of hours per year a full timer is entitled to including BH where x is the number of hours a week the full timers work.
