Booking tickets for Harry Potter Studios - carer?

Does anyone know how you get a carer ticket for Harry Potter studios? Do you ring and do the whole booking over the phone or book your tickets for the paying people and then phone up and add the carer to the booking?

I can't find out online and don't want to queue on the phone if I actually need to make a booking first!

Haven’t done it personally but changing a booking usually incurs an admin fee. And whatever can be done online can also be done on the phone, so ringing up directly is your best bet

Thanks, yes - I'll probably just try and call them.

I phoned to book rather than online as I couldn't work out how to book a carer place for love nor money.

I booked for the others and then emailed them to confirm. That’s what the website said to do or book over phone. They replied and told me to collect my carer ticket from the box office on the day.
