All of these are 400 or there abouts dinners and I've tried a handful. Recommend the bang bang chicken cups !!

@Nootella that does look good! Thanks for that link. Saving that to favourites. Today though @QuestionableMouse I'm thinking egg on toast is the winner. I've spent an hour cutting a hedge back so if it goes over me calories I believe I've earned it (thickly buttered toast of course).

Toast absolutely needs lots of butter! Now the question is, how are you doing your eggs?

I usually do mine scrambled but have been into softly poached lately!
