NC for this just in case
Our neighbour (not ndn) is a petrolhead, loves nothing more than revving his engine on a summers day/evening. Delights even more in getting mates round to share his delight. It’s spoiling any time we might spend in the garden as we have to listen to the idling / revving engine. We’ve spoken to him about it and it calmed down for a bit but worse again now. Any advice?
