Finding clothes for my big tall 15 year old

She is 6'2 and 220 lbs and clothes aren't made for her.

Mothers of a large daughter, where do you find her clothes? Or do you have them tailored like I do?

We were talking to the shop assistance in the one near us and they said the only problem they had was the models are really tall and most of the customers weren't

The problem is even if the clothes matches her height(which is tough as well), they dont match her width. So, I rarely find clothes of her size.

ASOS, Next, M and s, all have tall ranges online. Also, try small adults rather than teen ranges.

What clothes size is she? I'm 6ft and been upto a size 24, and always been able to find clothes. What kind of clothes is she into!

Online shopping is your friend. Try Next, ASOS and New Look. They all have extensive Tall ranges which a young fashion-conscious girl would like.

Make sure you check the leg length of things - 'tall' is usually the longest (36" inside leg), 'extra long' is usually about 34". Long Tall Sally do 38" as well, I think.

Monsoon comes up quite tall and most things go up to a size 20-22.
