Is anyone still buying from House of Fraser?

I didn’t even know they were still going but I was Googling bedding and they are selling Ted Baker bedding for half the price it is in Next. Just wondering if it was safe and reliable eg for refunds.

I don’t shop there myself but they still have loads of physical stores so I can’t see why not?

Popped into the Victoria store, which is closing down. I didn’t spot any bargains. It just looked so sad and a dump.

If something is faulty you have a legal right to a refund, and for any reason when buying online. It’s only if you buy in store and change your mind that a refund is at the retailer’s discretion.
