Alternative drinks to alcohol

After another night of waking at 3 am and not being able to sleep for 2 hours I am convinced it's linked to having a glass of wine in the evening. I don't drink often but over the last few months whenever I've had a drink I seem to wake in the night and I'm sick of it!

So any recommendations for what alternatives people drink when they aren't drinking but don't fancy water or tea? I don't want to drink anything too sugary just wondering if there is anything out there!

TRIP CBD infused drinks - ive tried the Peach and Ginger and Lemon and Basil and really rate them. Not sure if the CBD is pure placebo but they do seem to make me feel more chilled out without being drunk and I find I have no problems sleeping afterwards which I did with wine.

Tonic and bitters is really nice and feels grown up - bung in some cucumber or lime and plenty of ice.

M&S do a really lovely drink that’s a bit like G&T without the Gin. It’s got a big 0 %alc bontanical G&T on the label. Very refreshing and not sweet.

Cranston's rhubarb and apple fizzy or just tonic water with ice and a slice are my favs.

Bottlegreen cordials with sparkling water and ice. I like the elderflower and the pomegranate.

I really like Punchy Drinks too.

Vimto averaging 2 litres through the day/ evening
I used to have a Coke Zero but water has done wonders for my skin
I must've been dehydrated

Cold fizzy water with a nice cordial - Belvoir do a ginger one which has a kick to it. I also like ginger ale.
