I went home NZ recently and I remembered how much I enjoy these. They're called veggie chips over there, and made from cassava. The texture is similar to a prawn cracker. All the supermarkets have a version.
Why don't U.K. supermarkets do them?! They're delicious! All I can find here are cassava crisps or veggie crisps that are just slices of cassava or other vegetables. That's not what I want. I want this puffed crackly delicious snack.
Have you ever seen some anywhere? Shall I start a business selling them and become a veggie crisp mogul? Do you have a cassava farm and would like to come on board?
