Quietly celebrate with me

5 years ago tonight I found a lump which turned out to be aggressive breast cancer. I didn't think I'd last a year let alone 5. I haven't shouted from the rooftops or announced this anniversary on social media or even mentioned to family and friends (don't want to jinx things) but quietly lying on sofa immensely grateful that my children are all sleeping soundly upstairs with me still here.

You celebrate anyway you want.
Wine, tea, chocolate or even cake. X

Great news to hear OP! I'm just over a year since my cervical cancer diagnosis and next month will mark my year anniversary since having final surgery (hysterectomy) this post has given me hope ❤
